Mount Dimension values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We will collect, use, and disclose your personal information only within the legal limits and according to Mount Dimension’s privacy policy. 1. Purchase Process

 

1.1. Payment Methods

Mount Dimension accepts the following payment methods: credit/debit card payments via Stripe, FPS (Faster Payment System), bank transfer, Payme, and Octopus payments. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

1.2. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs will be calculated based on your delivery address, the chosen shipping method, and the order weight, and will be shipped on a freight collect basis. Mount Dimension will process your order as soon as possible after receipt and will send you a tracking number via email.

If you choose to pick up your order at a Mount Dimension store, you will be notified by email or WhatsApp message when your product is ready for pickup.

 

1.3. Pricing and Payment

In addition to the prices displayed on the website for services or products, Mount Dimension may charge you any shipping fees, service fees for payments made through Stripe using credit or debit cards, and other applicable fees within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Prices on this website are quoted in Hong Kong dollars. If you choose to pay by card, the price of the service and/or products you have selected will be deducted from your account when you are ready to place your order.

Online payment transactions are processed through your card issuer’s verification system. Mount Dimension is not responsible if your card issuer declines payment authorization for any reason. Be aware that your card issuer may charge you a handling fee or online processing fee, for which Mount Dimension is not liable.

Mount Dimension reserves the right to change product prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.

During special events or promotions, Mount Dimension may at its discretion create promotional coupons that can be used to redeem service and product orders, but they must comply with any additional terms set by Mount Dimension. You agree that the coupons: (i) may not be duplicated, sold, transferred, or made available to the public in any way, unless expressly permitted by Mount Dimension; (ii) may be disabled by Mount Dimension at any time for any reason without any liability to you; (iii) can only be used according to the specific terms set by Mount Dimension; (iv) are not redeemable for cash; (v) may expire before you use them. Relevant offers will apply according to the rules and duration of the event.

 

1.4. Taxes and Duties

For shipments to countries/regions outside of Hong Kong, related taxes and duties will be borne by the customer. Please comply with the laws and regulations of your country/region and pay the required fees. Mount Dimension will not bear any taxes and duties.

 

2. Product Usage Instructions

Mount Dimension products are handmade and may have slight marks on their surfaces, which are normal and do not affect their use;
(a)Please do not assemble or use the product near any heat sources such as oil lamps, stoves, heaters, campfires, or fireworks. Maintain a safe distance to prevent the risk of fire in case these heat sources are accidentally tipped over or dropped;
(b)Do not use solvents or other cleaning agents as they may damage the coating;
(c)Please read the product manual thoroughly before use.

 

2.1. One – Year Limited Warranty

Mount Dimension offers a one-year (12-month) warranty from the date of purchase on hardware products branded by Mount Dimension, purchased by the original buyer from the Mount Dimension official website or authorized dealers. This warranty covers failures due to defects in materials or manufacturing. To protect your rights, please keep your proof of purchase and provide it when requesting warranty service.

Please note: All claims under the Mount Dimension one-year limited warranty are subject to the terms set forth in this warranty document.

 

2.1.1. Scope of This Warranty

During the warranty period, if the product fails under normal usage due to material or manufacturing defects, our company will provide free repair or replacement services. Note that the product must be operated and maintained according to the official guidelines provided by Mount Dimension.

Warranty service includes, but is not limited to:

(a)Technical diagnostics of the faulty product;
(b) Suggested repair or replacement of parts;
(c) If the product cannot be repaired, a replacement with the same model or similar functionality will be provided.
Customers should notify Mount Dimension’s customer service center immediately upon discovering a product defect, providing a detailed description of the issue, proof of purchase, product model, and serial number to facilitate prompt processing of your warranty claim.

 

2.1.2. Scope Not Covered by This Warranty

Please note that the following situations are not covered by the warranty:
(a) Products not sold by Mount Dimension or its authorized dealers;
(b) Consumable parts, such as rubber seals or surface coatings on materials that wear out over time or use, except for failures due to material or manufacturing defects;
(c) Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents on ports, and plastic breakage, except for failures due to material or manufacturing defects;
(d) Damage caused by using third-party components or products that do not comply with Mount Dimension product specifications;
(e) Products that have been modified, illegally disassembled, or repaired or altered without authorization from Mount Dimension;
(f) Damage due to improper use, negligence, accidents, abuse, misuse, fire, earthquake, or other external causes;
(g) Damage caused by operating the Mount Dimension product without following the guidelines issued by Mount Dimension;
(h) Damage caused by repairs (including upgrades and expansions) conducted by non-designated representatives or unauthorized repair centers of Mount Dimension;
(i) Mount Dimension products modified without written consent from Mount Dimension to alter functionality or performance;
(j) Normal wear and tear or normal aging of the Mount Dimension product.

 

2.1.3 Warranty Service Application Procedure

Before applying for warranty service, please contact Mount Dimension technical support. Mount Dimension will assist in confirming whether your Mount Dimension product requires repair. If necessary, further instructions on how to apply for warranty service from Mount Dimension will be provided.

 

2.1.4 Warranty Repair or Replacement Procedure During Warranty Period

When your product encounters issues within the warranty period, you can apply for repair or replacement services by following these detailed steps:
Firstly, please ensure that your product is still within the warranty period. You can check the warranty status by examining your purchase receipt.

Once your product is confirmed to be within the warranty period, please proceed as follows:
(a) Fault Diagnosis: You can contact the technical support team at Mount Dimension via the customer service hotline, where professional technicians will provide further diagnostic assistance.
(b) Service Application: Based on the results of the fault diagnosis, if it is confirmed that the product needs repair or replacement, you will need to fill out a warranty service application form.
(c) Sending the Product for Repair: You can choose to bring the product to the Mount Dimension Showroom or use a mailing service to send it. For mailing services, the related shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
(d) Repair or Replacement: Once the product arrives at the service center, professional technicians will perform the repair or replacement. During the repair process, Mount Dimension will use original parts to ensure the quality and performance of the product. If the product needs to be replaced, a product of the same model or equivalent specifications will be provided based on stock availability.
(e) Product Return: After the repair or replacement is completed and tested to meet factory standards, you can choose to personally pick up the product at the Mount Dimension Showroom, or have it returned to you via a transportation method pre-arranged by Mount Dimension. If you choose to receive the product via courier, you will receive shipping tracking information and will be responsible for the related shipping costs.

Note: Before handing over the product needing repair to Mount Dimension, you should properly clean the product and ensure all personal items are removed. Mount Dimension will not be responsible or liable for any personal items that are lost or damaged during the process.

 

2.2. Product Repair Issues

Mount Dimension provides repair services after the one (1) year warranty period has expired, after the seven (7) day return and exchange period has expired, or for repairs not covered under the return and exchange terms. If customers need to use Mount Dimension’s repair services, please contact customer service and schedule a repair appointment in advance. The related repair costs will be borne by the customer.

 

2.3. Product Repair Procedure

(a) You will need to provide proof of purchase (a receipt or formal invoice clearly indicating the product) and relevant product condition information (such as photos, descriptions, and videos) to confirm the scope of the repair;
(b) Fault Diagnosis: You can contact the technical support team at Mount Dimension via the customer service hotline, where professional technicians will provide further diagnostic assistance.
(c) Service Application: Based on the results of the fault diagnosis, if it is confirmed that the product requires repair or replacement, you will need to fill out a warranty service application form. Product Sending for Repair: You can choose to bring the product to the Mount Dimension Showroom, or use a mailing service. For mailing services, the related shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
(d) During the initial diagnostic process, if parts need to be replaced, the customer will be notified separately for a quote and confirmation;
(e) Mount Dimension will perform preliminary cleaning before repair. Depending on the situation, the repair process may involve cutting, modifying original materials or appearance, or unavoidable marks from machines or tools. Mount Dimension is not responsible for any possible damage or appearance marks that do not affect normal use;
(f) Product Return: After the repair or replacement is completed and tested to ensure its normal operation. You can choose to personally pick up the product at the Mount Dimension Showroom, or have it returned to you via a transportation method pre-arranged by Mount Dimension. If you choose to receive the product via courier, you will receive shipping tracking information and will be responsible for the related shipping costs.

Note: Before handing over the product needing repair to Mount Dimension, you should properly clean the product and ensure all personal items are removed. Mount Dimension will not be responsible or liable for any personal items that are lost or damaged during the process;

Mount Dimension will determine, at its sole and absolute discretion, whether a product is eligible for repair and reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of product repair matters.

3. Return/Exchange Standards

 

3.1 Seven (7) Days Return/Exchange Period

If any product from Mount Dimension purchased online is damaged, you may request a return or exchange within seven (7) days of receiving the item. When applying, please ensure that the product’s original packaging, accessories, and purchase proof are intact and undamaged.
The return/exchange application must include the following information:
(a) Order number
(b) Purchase date
(c) Product name and model
(d) Reason for return/exchange
(e) Your contact information

If the return/exchange is requested for reasons other than the product being functionally unusable or damaged, you will need to bear the related shipping costs. It is recommended to use a courier with tracking capabilities to ensure the safe arrival of the goods at Mount Dimension’s address.

Every product returned/exchanged must be in a saleable condition. Additionally, the original packaging and labels must be presented at the time of return/exchange. Mount Dimension will assess the condition of the related products and reserves the sole and absolute discretion to decide whether to accept the request for return/exchange.

Please note that Mount Dimension does not accept returns/exchanges for the following:
(a) Products obtained through a previous exchange, except where there were quality issues at the time of receipt;
(b) Products not sold by Mount Dimension or its authorized dealers;
(c) Products that are unclean in appearance;
(d) Products not used in accordance with the user manual or the guidance and/or instructions attached to or pasted on the packaging or the product itself (as applicable);
(e) Products damaged due to being used beyond their life span or improper use;
(f) Products that have been modified, illegally disassembled, or repaired or altered without authorization from Mount Dimension;
(g) Products that significantly differ from their original condition; and
(h) Products obtained through illegal means.

Additionally, replacements are not applicable under the following conditions, without affecting the aforementioned provisions:
(a) Consumable parts or products designed to diminish over time;
(b) Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, cracks, plastic damage on ports, or other cosmetic damage;
(c) Damage caused by the use of third-party components or products not certified by Mount Dimension;
(d) Damage due to accidents, abuse, earthquakes, fire, liquid contact, improper use, or other external causes;
(e) Damage caused by unauthorized service or modifications, including but not limited to adjustments, alterations, tuning, installation, repair, or modifications performed by anyone not authorized by Mount Dimension;
(f) Damage due to the use of the product beyond its intended design; and
(g) Normal wear and tear or other conditions caused by the normal aging of the product.

 

3.2 Exchange Procedure

You may submit an exchange request within the seven (7) day exchange period following your purchase, and must adhere to the following exchange procedures:

(a) Within seven (7) days, bring the product you wish to exchange to a Mount Dimension store or send it to the Mount Dimension Showroom, and present your purchase proof (a receipt or formal invoice clearly indicating the product).
(b) If you are unable to present and submit the purchase proof (a receipt or formal invoice clearly indicating the product) when requesting an exchange, Mount Dimension will be unable to process your request.
(c) Based on the assessment (bound by the return/exchange eligibility criteria), Mount Dimension will decide at its sole and absolute discretion whether the product is eligible for an exchange.
(d) If Mount Dimension agrees to the exchange, it will replace the product with a new or refurbished/remanufactured product that functions equivalently to the original product using either new or used parts.

 

3.3 Return and Refund Procedure

(A) If you wish to return and refund a product at a Mount Dimension store:
Please bring the product you wish to return to a Mount Dimension store at your own expense, along with your purchase proof (an electronic receipt or formal invoice clearly indicating the product). If the product was purchased with a credit card, please also bring that card.

If you are unable to present and submit the purchase proof (a receipt or formal invoice clearly indicating the product) when requesting a return and refund, Mount Dimension will be unable to process your request.

Based on the assessment (bound by the return/exchange eligibility criteria), Mount Dimension will decide at its sole and absolute discretion whether the product is eligible for a refund. If the return and refund are accepted, Mount Dimension will refund the amount based on the purchase price of the returned product in the same method of payment used at purchase.

(B) If you wish to return and refund a product bought online through a courier:
Contact Mount Dimension customer service to apply for a return and refund, and present your purchase proof (an electronic receipt or formal invoice clearly indicating the product). Return the product in its original packaging at your own expense to the Mount Dimension Showroom. The return and refund application will be processed within two to five business days after Mount Dimension receives the returned product.

Based on the assessment (bound by the return/exchange eligibility criteria), Mount Dimension will decide at its sole and absolute discretion whether the product is eligible for a refund. If the return and refund are accepted, Mount Dimension will refund the amount based on the purchase price of the returned product in the same method of payment used at purchase.

Important Note: If, after the assessment, Mount Dimension concludes that your return and refund request cannot be accepted, you will be notified via an email (a “Rejection Email”). Mount Dimension will retain the related product for two (2) weeks from the date of the Rejection Email, allowing you time to retrieve it. If the product is not retrieved from Mount Dimension within these two weeks, Mount Dimension reserves the right to charge storage fees for the product, and you will be responsible for any direct or indirect costs incurred by Mount Dimension due to your delay in retrieving the product.

 

4. Blem Items

As handmade products, Mount Dimension’s carbon fiber and metal camping gear inevitably may have minor imperfections such as small scratches, dents, glue marks, or excessive gaps at the joints. These imperfections naturally occur during the production process and do not affect the actual usability and performance of the products.

Mount Dimension categorizes these products with minor imperfections as blemished items, available in limited quantities and sold at a reduced price. Customers who choose to purchase blemished items can enjoy a more favorable price while obtaining a fully functional product.

Blemished items are not eligible for the standard return and exchange policy. Before purchasing, please ensure you understand the specific nature of the imperfections and the corresponding return and exchange policy.

 

4.1 Blemished Items Purchase Considerations

(a) If you wish to know the specific location and extent of imperfections on blemished items, you can inquire with Mount Dimension customer service;
(b) If you have high aesthetic standards for products, it is recommended to choose flawless regular items;
(c) Purchasing blemished items indicates your understanding and agreement, accepting that these items have cosmetic imperfections, including but not limited to small scratches, dents, glue marks, or excessive gaps at the joints;
(d) Blem items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable;
(e) Blem items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there are functional issues or damages that prevent usage.

 

4.2 Standards for Returning/Exchanging Blemished Items

If, upon receipt of the blemished item, you discover any functional problems or damages that make the product unusable, you can contact Mount Dimension within seven (7) days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. When applying, please ensure that the product’s original packaging, accessories, and purchase proof are intact.

The return/exchange application must include the following information:
(a) Order number
(b) Purchase date
(c) Product name and model
(d) Reason for return/exchange
(e) Contact information for the application

Each product subject to return/exchange must be in a saleable condition. Blemished items returned solely for cosmetic imperfections will not be accepted. Additionally, the original packaging and labels must be presented during the return/exchange. Mount Dimension will assess the condition of the related products and reserves the sole and absolute discretion to decide whether to accept the return/exchange request.

Please note that Mount Dimension does not accept returns/exchanges for the following:
(a) Products obtained through a previous exchange, except where there were quality issues at the time of receipt;
(b) Products not sold by Mount Dimension or its authorized dealers;
(c) Products that are unclean in appearance;

4.3 Product Return and Exchange Procedure

You can submit an exchange request within seven (7) days of purchase, and must follow the exchange procedure outlined below:

(a) Within seven (7) days, bring the product you wish to exchange to Mount Dimension’s store at your own expense, and present the purchase proof (a receipt or formal invoice that clearly identifies the product).
(b) If you are unable to present and submit the purchase proof (a receipt or formal invoice that clearly identifies the product) when requesting an exchange, Mount Dimension will not be able to process your request.
(c) Based on the assessment (subject to the limitations of the return/exchange eligibility criteria), Mount Dimension will determine at its sole and absolute discretion whether the product is eligible for an exchange.
(d) Mount Dimension will offer you the options of repair or replacement depending on the specific situation. Please provide the relevant purchase proof and a detailed description of the product issue; Mount Dimension will review it. After verification, for repairable functional issues or damages, Mount Dimension’s professional repair team will repair your product to restore its normal function after receiving it. Once the repair is complete, Mount Dimension will return the product to you. Please note that the repair process may take some time.

If the functional problem or damage of the product is irreparable, Mount Dimension agrees to replace it, Mount Dimension will replace it with the same model of the product or a refurbished one.

 

5. Intellectual Property

The general structure of this website and all content published on this site (including texts, graphics, software, photos, and other images, videos, sounds, trademarks, and logos) constitute the proprietary property of Mount Dimension and are protected by intellectual property rights. Without prior written permission from Mount Dimension, you may not use, copy, imitate, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, sell, or otherwise utilize these materials.

Mount Dimension grants you a non-exclusive and revocable license, limited to accessing, browsing, and using this website, but does not grant sublicensing rights. This license does not grant you any rights to Mount Dimension’s intellectual property. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading content from this site, especially regarding commercial use of the site’s content.

If you need to use Mount Dimension’s intellectual property, such as copyrights, trademarks, or patents, please apply for written permission from Mount Dimension in advance. After obtaining permission from Mount Dimension, please ensure that you follow the specified scope and conditions of use. If you infringe on Mount Dimension’s intellectual property, Mount Dimension reserves the right to take necessary legal action, including but not limited to demanding that you cease the infringement, compensate for Mount Dimension’s losses, and assume corresponding legal responsibilities.

 

6. Disclaimer

Mount Dimension is not liable for all or any of the following responsibilities (whether such liabilities arise from contracts (through indemnification or otherwise), torts (including negligence), misrepresentation, breach of statutory duty, indemnity, or otherwise):

(a) Any unaccepted orders;
(b) Any delays in delivery or notification of related matters that prove impossible;
(c) Any losses that could not have been reasonably foreseen from Mount Dimension’s negligence or breach of these terms of use;
(d) Any loss, damage, cost, expense, or liability caused by events beyond Mount Dimension’s reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”). During the continuation of a Force Majeure Event, Mount Dimension’s obligations under these terms of use will be suspended, and Mount Dimension will extend the time for fulfilling these obligations during such period.

Mount Dimension is not liable for any delays, cancellations, non-deliveries, shortages, overbookings, strikes, force majeure, or other causes beyond Mount Dimension’s direct control, and no refunds are required. Mount Dimension is also not responsible for any additional costs, omissions, delays, rerouting, or actions by any government or authority.
Mount Dimension reserves the right to modify, update, or delete content on this website at any time without prior notice, and Mount Dimension is not responsible for any losses caused by such modifications, updates, or deletions.

Customers assume the risk and are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using products purchased from this website. Mount Dimension is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death caused by customers violating laws and regulations.

 

7. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect, impair, or interfere with the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use.
