Growing up in the mountains of Hong Kong, Thomas was influenced by his father, a nature-loving Scout leader. He often camped with his father and, encouraged by him, began crafting handmade items young — the family workshop as starting point.

As an adult, Thomas explored the world and built rich outdoor experience. After long journeys he founded the brand, drawing on 20 years outside to design unique, functional gear.
